The graduate designer Susanne Uerlings is the creative mind behind produktsalon, a product design studio based in Aachen, Germany.

After finishing her degree in Integrated Product Design at the University of Applied Sciences of Coburg in 2006, she worked as an industrial designer for a renowned German design studio for nearly five years.

Since 2011 Susanne Uerlings has been running her own design studio produktsalon. She works for national and international clients, creating products in the areas of furniture, lighting, living and kitchen accessories.

Produktsalon design means creating target group-oriented stylish yet functional and timeless products. They have a high emotional value in order to be more than simple Everyday items
